Why is Yodeck increasing prices?
Over the past year, Yodeck has continued to invest in expanding the platform — adding new features, strengthening security, improving performance, and scaling the infrastructure that supports thousands of screens worldwide.
At the same time, operating and infrastructure costs have increased across the industry, including hardware components and cloud services. This small adjustment to Premium and Enterprise plans helps ensure Yodeck remains reliable, secure, and able to keep delivering new capabilities, while keeping the overall impact on customers as low as possible.
Which plans are affected by this price change?
The Premium and Enterprise plans are affected. The Basic plan remains unchanged.
When do the new prices take effect?
The new prices take effect on April 1, 2026.
How much is the price increase?
This is a $1 per screen / month increase for both Premium and Enterprise plans. This increase affects both monthly and annual subscriptions.
What happens if I’m on a monthly plan?
Monthly subscriptions will reflect the new pricing starting April 1, 2026, unless you switch to an annual plan before that date.
What happens if I’m on an annual plan?
Annual subscriptions remain at their current price until renewal. Customers with renewals before a specific cutoff date may be eligible to lock in current pricing for another year. Speak with your account manager for details, or reach out to [email protected].
What happens if I add more screens after April 1, 2026?
Any additional screens added after April 1, 2026 may follow the updated pricing. This can vary based on your contract type.
