Yodeck pricing is based only on the maximum number of screens registered in your account. There are no additional fees based on usage, content, or features beyond the plan you choose.

Free 30‑day Unlimited Access Period and Five-Screen Usage
After the 2nd of March 2026, new Accounts enjoy a 30-day unlimited access period to the platform's apps and features with up to five registered screen, free of charge.
No credit card is required

Basic
Premium
Enterprise
The platform's apps and features are available across all aforementioned plans.
This free plan allows users to thoroughly test Yodeck for 30 consecutive days before deciding on their preferred plan.
Free Plan with Basic Features and Single-Screen Usage
Accounts with one registered screen and Basic features and apps are free of charge.

The one free screen can use the Basic plan:
This free Basic plan allows users to continue testing Yodeck after their first Free 30 Day Unlimited Access Period, mentioned above, and access full Basic plan features and apps, as well as a single free screen before adding more screens.
Free One-Screen Policy Clarification
The free single screen remains free only while the account has exactly one registered screen. Once an account is upgraded to include two or more screens, the free screen benefit no longer applies. In this case, all registered screens are billed, not just the additional ones.
For example:
An account with 1 screen is free
An account upgraded from 1 to 5 screens is billed for 5 screens, not 4
This ensures consistent and predictable pricing as accounts scale.
