I accidentally deleted my monitor. What can I do?

Sometimes, unfortunate things happen, but you do not need to worry because it is very easy to bring your Yodeck player back online!

Upon deleting a Yodeck player from your account, an 8-digit registration code will appear on your TV screen.  It will be an 8-digit code like this example: "1234-5678".
If you do not see the reg code on the screen, ensure that the player has access to the internet. You can temporarily connect the player with an Ethernet cable (from the router/switch to the player).
  1. Create a monitor entry in your Yodeck account by clicking:
    Monitors-> +Add Monitor
  2. Type a Name for your monitor and also type the Registration code displaying on your TV screen in the relative field as shown below:

  3. After done typing the Registration code, click the "Save" button.
  4. The player will pair with your account within 1-2 minutes. After a while, you will see it online on your dashboard, displaying the assigned content.
