Lovely to have you here! Yodeck is the easy way to manage your content remotely, whether you have one screen or thousands of them.
It works like this. You upload your media to the Yodeck Portal, including your videos, images, audio files, and documents. You arrange it into playlists and layouts, choose when it plays via schedules, then push it out to the screens in your account.
Change something on a Tuesday afternoon, and every screen you manage can be showing it moments later, wherever in the world those screens happen to be.

How Yodeck runs on your screens
For every screen you manage, the Yodeck software needs to be running. How it gets there depends on the screen or device you have.
Some screens install the Yodeck software themselves
Plenty of commercial displays and smart TVs can do this, including Samsung Tizen and LG webOS displays along with Android and Amazon Fire OS smart TVs. There is nothing to plug in and no extra hardware to buy. If you already own screens like these, you are most of the way there.
Other screens need a Yodeck Player
A Yodeck Player is a small piece of hardware that connects to your screen and runs the Yodeck software for it. You can order one from us, ready to go, or build your own on a Raspberry Pi. A Windows PC, a ChromeOS device, or a BrightSign player you already own can do the same job. This is the route for a plain monitor or an older TV.
Each Yodeck player keeps your content saved locally. So if your internet drops out, your screens carry on playing regardless.

Players and your plan
Annual plans include a free Yodeck Player for every screen on your subscription. You can also buy Yodeck Players outright at any time or build your own, whichever suits you best. And if your screens install the Yodeck software themselves, you simply will not need them.
Every new account starts with a 30-day Unlimited Access Period, and if you have not chosen a plan by the time it ends, your account moves to our free single-screen tier. Subscriptions & Billing has the full picture on plans, Yodeck Players, and payments.
Where to go from here
Register your screen. Once Yodeck is running on it, a few clicks connect it to your account, so Yodeck knows where to send things.
